By downloading or using SnagNote ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

SnagNote is a property issue tracking and reporting tool designed to help users organise and manage property-related tasks and defects. SnagNote is intended for personal and professional organisational use only.

You are responsible for: • The accuracy of information you enter into the App • Managing your own property records • Backing up your device if needed • Ensuring reports are reviewed before sharing externally • Any content you share with collaborators via the collaboration features SnagNote does not verify or validate user-entered data.

SnagNote is a productivity tool only. It does not provide: • Legal advice • Construction advice • Professional inspection services • Warranty assessments You remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where required.

SnagNote can be used without an account, in which case all data is stored locally on your device only. If you choose to create an account, your property data, snags, and photos are stored securely in the cloud to enable sync across devices and collaboration with others. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from the Profile section of Settings. Deleting the app without an account may permanently remove your locally stored data unless backed up through Apple's iCloud systems.

SnagNote offers optional Pro subscriptions. • Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. • You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. • Pricing may vary by region. SnagNote does not store or process payment information directly. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies.

Pro features may include, but are not limited to: • Managing up to 3 properties • Inviting up to 3 collaborators per property • Enhanced exports • Warranty tracking • Floor plan uploads • Filtering by trade • Photo attachments per snag Feature availability may evolve in future updates.

Pro users may invite others to collaborate on a property. By using collaboration features, you agree that: • You are responsible for who you invite and the access you grant • Collaborators will have access to all data within the shared property • You may remove collaborators at any time • SnagNote is not responsible for the actions of collaborators you have invited

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnagNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Loss of data • Missed deadlines • Warranty disputes • Financial losses • Construction or repair outcomes • Decisions made based on app reports You use the App at your own risk.

All branding, design, and content related to SnagNote are owned by SnagNote. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if it is used in violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
