By downloading or using SnagNote (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About SnagNote

SnagNote is a property issue tracking and reporting tool designed to help users organise and manage property-related tasks and defects.

 

SnagNote is intended for personal and professional organisational use only.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information you enter into the App

  • Managing your own property records

  • Backing up your device if needed

  • Ensuring reports are reviewed before sharing externally

 

SnagNote does not verify or validate user-entered data.

4. No Professional Advice

SnagNote is a productivity tool only.

 

It does not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Construction advice

  • Professional inspection services

  • Warranty assessments

 

You remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where required.

5. Data Storage

All data entered into SnagNote is stored locally on your device.

 

We do not store or access your property information on external servers.

 

Deleting the app may permanently remove your stored data unless backed up through Apple’s iCloud systems.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

SnagNote offers optional Pro subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

  • Pricing may vary by region.

 

SnagNote does not store or process payment information directly.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies.

7. Subscription Features

Pro features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing up to 3 properties

  • Enhanced exports

  • Warranty tracking

  • Floor plan uploads

  • Filtering by trade

 

Feature availability may evolve in future updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SnagNote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Missed deadlines

  • Warranty disputes

  • Financial losses

  • Construction or repair outcomes

  • Decisions made based on app reports

 

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and content related to SnagNote are owned by SnagNote.

 

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

10. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

 

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if it is used in violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
